Bangkok Fruit Salad

Lime juice and Spicy Thai Chili Sauce add exotic flavor of this salad. You may also use pineapple and banana in this fast and easy low fat salad or dessert.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup (50 milliliters) chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) Spicy Thai Chili Sauce
  • Fresh cilantro sprigs , (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 MIX all ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
  • 2 REFRIGERATE until ready to serve. Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
