Thai Beef & Peanut Stir-Fry

Peanut Satay Sauce adds a luxurious touch to a fast and easy meal.


2 tbsps vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

8 ozs beef, thinly sliced

1 thinly sliced small zucchini

1 thinly sliced small red bell pepper

1/4 cup rinsed drained canned sliced bamboo shoots

1/4 cup Thai Kitchen® Peanut Satay Sauce

2 tbsps Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce


HEAT oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir fry until golden brown. Add beef; stir fry 5 minutes or until no linger pink.

ADD zucchini, bell pepper, bamboo shoots, peanut satay sauce and fish sauce; stir fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
