Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 Kaffir lime leaves, (optional)
- 1 pound ground chicken or ground turkey
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Roasted Red Chili Paste
- 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Premium Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 small Thai chili, sliced
- Cooked Jasmine rice, (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT oil in large skillet or wok on high heat. Add garlic and kaffir lime leaves; stir fry 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add chicken; stir fry until lightly browned. Add green beans, sugar, chili paste, fish sauce, water and chilies; stir fry 5 minutes or until green beans are tender-crisp. Remove kaffir lime leaves before serving.
- 2 SERVE with cooked jasmine rice, if desired.
