4 Ingredients:
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk
1/4 cup dark rum (optional)
2 cups ice cubes
Directions:
DRAIN pineapple, reserved 1/4 cup juice. Place pineapple, reserved juice, orange juice, coconut milk and rum in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until pineapple is pureed. Add ice; blend until smooth.
POUR into tall glasses. Serve immediately.
