3 Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup sliced fruit, such as strawberries, mango or banana
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1 cup Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk
Directions:
PLACE ice cream, ice cubes, fruit and sugar in blender container. Add coconut milk; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
POUR into glasses. Serve immediately.
