Thai Ice Cream Shake

1 cup (250 mL) vanilla ice cream

1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes

1/2 (125 mL) cup sliced fruit, such as strawberries, mango or banana

1 tablespoon (15 mL) sugar (optional)

1 cup (250 mL)Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk


PLACE ice cream, ice cubes, fruit and sugar in blender container. Add coconut milk; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.

POUR into glasses. Serve immediately.
