1 can Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk
2 instant hot chocolate mix
HEAT coconut milk in small saucepan until hot (not boiling). Remove from heat.
STIR in hot chocolate mix until dissolved. Serve immediately. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
Test Kitchen Tip: For flavored hot chocolate, sprinklewith ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Orstir in1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or peppermint extract.
